Shipping Information
At Luxe Lustre Gems, we strive to provide our customers with efficient shipping and payment options no matter where they are in the world.
Payments
Full payment for your order is required at checkout. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Union Pay. Payments are processed in real-time.
Our Internet Payment Gateway's (IPG) payment servers work through HTTPS protocol (SSL) and are equipped with 3D security, guaranteeing a safe and secure transaction. 3D security is an additional layer of protection that verifies the authenticity of the cardholder during online transactions, ensuring enhanced security.
Processing time
Once your order is confirmed and the payment has been received, we will ship your order within two to three working days. You will receive an order confirmation email detailing the same.
Your parcel will be transferred to the National Gem & Jewellery Authority of Sri Lanka (NGJA) with a regular Customs Declaration (CUSDEC). The consignment will then be inspected by a NGJA valuer and a Sri Lanka Customs Gem Appraiser.
Once inspection is complete the parcel will be sealed and transferred to the carrier.
Shipping rates
We offer free shipping on all items to be delivered within Sri Lanka.
For international orders, we will ship items either via EMS at a flat rate of USD 40 (14 to 20 day delivery time) or via FedEx at a flat rate of USD 100 ( 2 to 7 day delivery time). Both shipping options are trackable, and a tracking code will be provided to you.
Please note that EMS service from Sri Lanka is available only for the below countries. If your country of delivery is not included in this list, your order will need to be shipped via FedEx.

Insurance
All parcels are comprehensively insured prior to shipment via the Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation, present at the NGJA. The cost of insurance is included in the shipping rate.
Import Duties/Taxes at destination country
Please note that customers are responsible for all Customs Duties/VAT/Local Tax and other fees that may need to be paid once the parcel reaches its destination country.
Luxe Lustre Gems will not be liable to pay such fees, nor are we responsible for delays if parcels are held back at customs in the destination country.
Please contact your local customs office for accurate duty and tax information on international orders.
In case of a damaged package:
In the event a parcel is received with damaged packaging, please do not accept the package. Report it to the courier and contact us immediately.
Cancelling an order
Orders cannot be cancelled upon being confirmed. If you change your mind after the order has been confirmed, please click here to view our returns policy.
