7-Day Return Policy

Luxe Lustre Gems is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. To uphold this commitment, we offer a money-back guarantee for returns made within 7 business days of receiving your order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Upon receipt of the returned order, the product(s) will undergo a thorough laboratory test to confirm their original condition.

Refunds will not be processed for product(s) that have been set, scratched, chipped, fractured, treated, altered in any manner, including size adjustments, or show discrepancies in weight.

We process refunds of the original purchase value, excluding shipping charges, fixed at the prevailing USD rate, within 7 business days upon confirmation of the product(s) being in original condition.

Upon confirmation of the product(s) being in original condition, refunds will be issued within 14 business days. However, please allow up to one billing cycle for the transaction to reflect on your statement.

Luxe Lustre Gems reserves the right to decline return requests from individuals for whom we are unable to provide proper accommodation.

Customers are responsible for covering shipping charges, customs fees, taxes, and duties applicable in their respective countries when initiating a return.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please email the product ID, order ID, and reason for return to returns@luxelustregems.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. Await further instructions upon submission.

Please note that Luxe Lustre Gems cannot be held liable for any items damaged or lost during return shipment. We recommend utilising an insured and trackable mail service (such as FedEx, DHL, UPS) for returns. Refunds will only be processed upon the actual receipt of the goods.
